Anoup Treon
Executive Chairman, European Care Group
Anoup is a chartered accountant with considerable experience in care homes operations, corporate development and corporate finance. He has established a number of start-up operations which, under his guidance and direction, have grown into substantial companies. He founded European Care Group in 2000 and has overall responsibilities for corporate development and the strategic growth of the Group. Anoup was presented with the Lloyd's TSB Jewel Award for Business and Commerce Excellence in 2008.

Sir John Hanson
Non-Executive Director, Supervisory Board
Sir John has over 35 years of experience in senior positions in The British Council. During the time of his appointment as Director-General, The British Council was working in 110 countries worldwide and employing over 6,000 people with a turnover 430m annually. He left The British Council in 1998 to take up a new appointment in Oxford as the Head of Green College (postgraduate college of the University of Oxford with strong interests in medicine, social policy and education). He retired from the Wardenship of Green College as Emeritus Warden and an Honorary Fellow. As Group Board - Non Executive Director and Chairman of the Supervisor Board, Sir John offers an exceptional breadth of experience to European Care.

Sir John Grimley
Non-Executive Director, Supervisory Board
Sir John (MA MD FRCP FFPH FMedSci) is Professor Emeritus of Clinical Geratology at the University of Oxford and Emeritus Fellow of Green Templeton College Oxford. From 1985-2001 he was Consultant Physician in Geriatric and General (Internal) Medicine to the Oxford Hospitals. Educated at the Universities of Cambridge and Oxford he pursued postgraduate training in clinical medicine and epidemiology in Oxford and at the University of Michigan USA. Research interests include epidemiological approaches to the prevention and management of disability in later life and more recently, dementia. Past appointments include Vice-president of the Royal College of Physicians 1993-5, Consultant Advisor to the Chief Medical Officer 1986-95, membership of the Medical Research Council and Chairman of its Health Services and Public Health Research Board 1989-94.

Jaynee Treon
Director and Member of Supervisory Board
After 8 years in banking, Jaynee qualified in Law from the University of London and subsequently completed an MBA. She has been studying alternative medicine for the past 7 years and focuses on special projects within the Group.

David Perry
Vice Chairman
David has had over 20 years experience in senior management positions in the healthcare industry. His experience has been in both private and public sectors, including the position of CEO of Oxfordshire Health Authority. He has responsibility for all regulatory matters within the Group, for public affairs and is also involved, together with the Group Chairman & Chief Executive, in the design and delivery of the Group's future strategy for growth.

Ted Smith
Chief Executive Officer, European Care Group
Ted Smith joins the Group having been CEO of Craegmoor, a specialist care group recently acquired by The Priory Group. Ted joined Craegmoor in 2004 as Chief Operating Officer before becoming Chief Executive Officer in 2005. He led the successful turnaround of the Group including driving the development of strategic and operating plans. Ted began his career as a pharmacist for Boots and was a member of the Royal Pharmaceutical Society for 30 years which included having spent three years on its Council. Ted has also served as Stores Director both for WH Smith, where he rose to MD of the Central Region, and Iceland Foods plc. Ted was also a Board Member and Honorary Treasurer of the English Community Care Association and a member of the influential Adults with Learning Disabilities Services (ALDS) forum.

Barbara Cotman
Chief Operating Officer, European Care Homes
Barbara is a qualified Nurse and specialist practitioner holding management qualifications in strategic operations and an MBA. She has over 15 years of Senior Executive experience across various segments of the Long Term Care industry in both public and private sectors and has managed teams working with special needs, LD with mental health, Physical disability, Brain Injury/Neuro-rehab and elderly & EMI/Dementia care. She also has substantial knowledge of all quality and regulatory requirements, including EHO, Health & Safety and HR Management and Compliance. Previous roles have proved her to be successful in the field of acquisition and development of new services to provide growth and stability within an organisation. Prior to joining European Care Group, Barbara held a Deputy Managing Director position for a medium sized provider and prior to that she was Managing Director for a large successful operator.

Steve O'Dea
Managing Director, European Lifestyles
Steve has over 25 years experience at senior management and Director level within Social Services and the independent sector. Steve has a range of qualifications which include a BSc (hons) Degree in Social Administration, MA Social Policy, Diploma in Management Studies and is a qualified Social Worker (CQSW). He is a member of the Institute of Welsh Affairs and is a Regional Fellow of the Royal Society of Medicine. Steve has overall operations and development responsibilities for European Lifestyles.

Paul Bates
HR Director, European Care Group
Paul is a Chartered Fellow of the Chartered Institute of Personnel and Development. He has held senior HR positions in both public and private companies in the transport, logistics and hospitality sectors. He has extensive experience in Unionised environments and has conducted negotiations at regional and national levels. For eight years prior to joining the European Care Group he was a Senior Personnel Consultant with a well respected Consultancy firm providing advice and support to small and medium sized businesses on all aspects of employment law, the design and development of company H.R. policies and procedures and the application of best management practice. He is an experienced advocate at Employment Tribunals. Paul has overall responsibility for Human Resource services within the Group.

David Manson
David is a Cambridge University graduate and qualified Chartered Accountant. David's prior posts have included Finance Director of United Kenning Rental Group and Group Finance Controller of Wagon plc. David joined Craegmoor in 2006 and was instrumental in improving the performance of the finance function, working on the refinancing of the business in 2007 and supporting the Sale of Craegmoor to Advent International in 2008. David was appointed Chief Finance Officer of Craegmoor in 2009 and led the strategic review of the business, supported by BCG, before joining European Care Group in 2011.
