Care and Support Services
We understand the importance of relationships with service users, carers and commissioners of services. As we continue to grow our highest priority will always remain to serve the interests and needs of our service users, employees and the communities in which we operate.
Training
European Care Group provides opportunity for all employees to benefit from a training plan that is developed for each service. We believe that in order to deliver person centred care that is truly individualised there needs to be vocational support for those who deliver care.
Learning
We believe that each individual learns in different ways. Our training plans are designed to deliver the key outcomes for each service. To assist in this we provide each employee with an individual learning and development plan. This plan is negotiated with them to enable them to identify their own particular learning styles and achieve learning outcomes consistent with our philosophy.
